RS Group is what happened when Staton Logistics and PTS Logistics joined forces. Two Atlanta logistics operations, each with its own carrier relationships and hard-won operating know-how, came together as a single brokerage — bigger network, deeper bench, one team. The name is short for exactly that: the unified force of the two.
Today we arrange freight of nearly every kind across the country — less-than-truckload and full and partial truckload, drayage off the ports, expedited ground when a deadline is real, and same-day courier across metro Atlanta. Alongside the brokerage we run specialized services (hazmat, dry ice, cross-docking, container transloading, packaging consulting) and an 80,000-square-foot Atlanta warehouse for storage, cross-docking and transloading. We hold TSA Indirect Air Carrier status, and in 2024 we were recognized on the Inc. 5000 list of America's fastest-growing private companies at #799.
Our customers range from small businesses shipping their first pallets to enterprises moving freight in volume. What they have in common is that they'd rather hand a shipment to a team that treats it like their own than wrestle with a booking screen.

Freight goes wrong at the worst possible moment — and when it does, you want a person, not a portal. That's the whole idea behind how we work. Every shipment has an owner on our side. When you call, you reach someone who knows your account and can actually do something about it, not a queue.
It shows up in the small things. We price freight by hand so the number you're quoted is the number you can plan around. We flag the class and accessorial issues that inflate an invoice before they hit it. And when a smarter, cheaper mode exists for your load, we tell you — even when it's less freight for us. Trust compounds; a rate board can't build it.
